Cedarwood at Sandy Celebrates Groundbreaking of First-of-Its-Kind Cottage Homes 

What: Cedarwood at Sandy is celebrating the grand opening of its brand-new cottage residences, Utah’s first senior neighborhood of its kind. This milestone marks the                   completion of 29 thoughtfully designed, maintenance-free cottage homes tailored for today’s active adults aged 55 and older. 

          On Thursday, October 5, a ribbon-cutting ceremony will mark the occasion with Sandy Mayor Monica Zoltanski delivering keynote remarks to officially unveil the                    community’s latest expansion. Guests will enjoy live music, delicious refreshments, and guided tours of the beautifully designed cottages and the newly completed                clubhouse. 

           Offering spacious floor plans, private yards, and access to a full suite of senior living amenities, these cottages blend independence, comfort, and vibrant community              living, redefining what it means to age well in Sandy.
